Young cricketers selected in the trials of Pakistan Super League (PSL) franchise Peshawar Zalmi will get the opportunity to play international cricket for Kuwait.

The shortlisted 9 cricketers will be given the opportunity to play domestic cricket in the Gulf country under the exchange program of Peshawar Zalmi and Kuwait Cricket, along with providing jobs to the players.

The young cricketers include Abdul Rauf, Muhammad Haroon, Haroon Rashid, Haseeb Khan, Jahanzeb Khan, Abdullah, Muhammad Salman, Saqib Khan, and Shoreem Ali Khan.

According to the announcement by Peshawar Zalmi, the franchise had organized talent hunts and trials at Arbab Niaz Stadium Peshawar and Hayatabad Sports Complex at the beginning of this year, in which thousands of young cricketers from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa participated.

Peshawar Zalmi Chairman Javed Afridi has said in this regard that young cricketers will continue to be given opportunities to showcase their talents, while fans around the world will be provided with opportunities to play on the Global Zalmi platform.
